KT is a writer, maker and performer from Waterford, Ireland. She trained at The Lir Academy, Ireland’s National Academy of Dramatic Art. Over the past ten years, she has worked with exceptional companies across many modes of creation — theatre, film, site-specific, musical and radio. As a maker, her focus is to craft stories exploring psychological and neurological themes, using distinct physicality.

Supported by Arts Council Ireland, KT developed her movement practice through the lens of neuroscience in collaboration with the South East Technology University. Her aim as a maker is to push the boundaries of storytelling and put a lens on the internal rhythms of a human. She believes by considering our neurological makeup, we can better understand the line of connection between spectator and performer to produce deeply sensorial theatre.

KT play's with a strong sense of place in her scripts, along with striking imagery and dark humour.
